Well do you remember a couple of weeks ago when we discussed sex? Well, we're gonna do it again! *snicker* And we'll do it again at a later date! Talking about sex with you guys is giving me a hand *snicker* in not being so shy and quiet about sex. Hubs and I are really working hard at getting on top of this situation. *teehee*
But seriously, I wasn't kidding at all when I told you guys about the issues Hubs and I have been having. It's not sexy to plan sex, or schedule it-pencil it in, if you will...but sometimes that's how it has to be. It's not easy to be sexy and be a mom, career woman, blogger, crafter, wanna-be small business owner.... I'm tired damn it! But I've found blogs that help me (and Hubs) realize that we aren't alone. Know that we are normal and ok. I've read blogs by other moms that spell out just how I was feeling. It's not like I don't have friends who know what its like, but someone actually writing about it, multiple people even! Just like with any issue, it's so much easier to overcome when you know you aren't alone. Lemme tell ya, some of the advice and ideas I've gotten....Mmmmhmmmm...

ROFL! We have run into the same problem. You'd think that your spouse would be the easiest person to talk to about these things but that isn't always the case.

ReplyDeleteI had a degu once (I always called them Degus for some reason.) I took it in from a girl who said she couldn't care for it anymore. When she got it here.. you should have saw it.. and heard it.. It had the WORST URI I have ever heard/seen. I took it in, and prayed that I could save it.. but sadly it died 2 days after I got it. :'(

HAHA Kathy! It's true, scheduling totally takes some of the magic out. BUT-sometimes we have to do that! It's the honest truth that when we have an hour or two without the kids we make a concious decision to meet up for getting it on.
